All of our consultants come from the financial services industry. As former managers they have each had exposure to HR, hiring and learning and development functions. Furthermore, all consultants in the business have more than 20 years' financial services industry experience. The firm's high level of client service care comes from a deep understanding of the financial services sector, enabling our consultants to deliver solutions that are in our clients' best interest. Our staff members are highly trained in conducting industry-specific interviews, allowing for greater understanding of the individual's suitability to work within the chosen role.
