My passion for fitness is equal to my passion for life. What you put into it is what you get out of it. I love the outdoors and practice a variety of sports from snowboarding to scuba diving. My accomplishments in fitness and in life: - Most recently completed a tour serving our Canadian Troops in the gym in Kandahar, Afghanistan, having received the "General Service Medal"; - First-Aid, CPR and AED instructor for the Canadian Red Cross, having received the "Red Cross Rescuer Award"; - And most proud of being a father to two young girls which will no doubt keep me active for a very long time. Life is a sport. Train for life and live it to the fullest. There are many reasons why you should choose a personal trainer. Videos, magazines and Television are great, however, proper feedback on performance is necessary for safe and proper execution of the exercises you are performing.
