Similar services have been launched so far only in mature markets, such as Japan, Great Britain, Italy, Austria. SEP Buglaria is a national operator of electronic services system. SEP Bulgaria provides for an open and reliable technological platform allowing an easy access of suppliers to customers and vice versa. SEP Bulgaria has been licensed: • payment system operator for transactions by means of Electronic Payment Instruments (EPI) by the Bulgarian National Bank since 2007 • qualified signature provider by the Communications Regulation Commission since 2008 SEP Bulgaria has attracted more than 5 million euro from leading Bulgarian investors.
