Citigroup (Citi) completed its acquisition of The BISYS Group, Inc. effective August 1, 2007. On that same date, private equity firm J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC (JCF) completed a transaction with Citi in which JCF acquired the Insurance and Retirement Divisions of the former BISYS Group, Inc.
