Coffee is elevated to the highest form of culinary appreciation, utilizing a house organic blend from Equator Coffee Roasters made specifically for Comoncy, brewed by a custom-built La Marzocco coffee machine, as well as incorporating organic milk and housemade vanilla syrup. Fueled by his passion for farm-to-table cuisine, Chef Gillard's menu focuses on innovative sandwiches and salads, utilizing ingredients sourced from local purveyors.
