Opened in 2014, Comoncy is a modern fast-casual café, providing patrons a place to enjoy organic teas and third-wave coffee and espresso beverages, alongside sustainable New American-style breakfast and lunch options by head chef Joseph Gillard. Each Comoncy location boasts a contemporary design by Los Angeles-based designer William Emmerson, mixing bright whites with splashes of its signature orange hue. Coffee is elevated to the highest form of culinary appreciation, utilizing a house organic blend from Equator Coffee Roasters made specifically for Comoncy, brewed by a custom-built La Marzocco coffee machine, as well as incorporating organic milk and housemade vanilla syrup. Fueled by his passion for farm-to-table cuisine, Chef Gillard's menu focuses on innovative sandwiches and salads, utilizing ingredients sourced from local purveyors. Breakfast options include organic egg dishes and contemporary spins on classics, like the French toast with Greek yogurt and agave syrup.
