Our performance management solutions help organizations boost their customer experience , loyalty, revenues and achieve operational excellence.Our solutions are suitable for mid to large size organizations with multiple customer service delivery channels such as Contact center, IVR, Web portal, E-mail, Chat and Social Media. Though our solutions are vertical agnostic, our customers are typically in the verticals like Telecom, Insurance, Financial services as well as 3rd party contact centers / BPOs.We have already completed 5 pilots and have 4 paying customers including two Telcos and a Fortune 50 company.We are currently looking to expand our foorprint globally.
