Captains & Poets is designed to foster a heart-centered approach to conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion that impacts systemic change. By tapping into the personal experiences of identity across the ever-changing gender & socio-cultural diversity landscape, we provide access to deeper, more universal insights that bridge the perception of differences. We believe society is ready to bring forward a new paradigm around personal identity that is based on compassion and inclusion.Our mission is to encourage and support a heightened level of authenticity in the unique expression of personal identity.
