Captains & Poets is designed to foster a heart-centered approach to conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion that impacts systemic change. The curriculum is simple but rich and can be applied to any social or organizational context.We propose that it is the intersection of being human that is at the heart of meaningful change on inclusion initiatives. By tapping into the personal experiences of identity across the ever-changing gender & socio-cultural diversity landscape, we provide access to deeper, more universal insights that bridge the perception of differences. We believe society is ready to bring forward a new paradigm around personal identity that is based on compassion and inclusion.Our mission is to encourage and support a heightened level of authenticity in the unique expression of personal identity.
