Our strategic plan follows four themes - to be resilient with a strong financial base, responsive to customer needs, a provider of good quality homes and a good place to work.We were acclaimed as a 'leading light'​ at the Housing Innovation Awards 2014, we were recognised as Most Innovative Small Housing Provider and Most Innovative Use of Community Engagement.Thrive was named best in the public sector and seventh overall in the 'Top 50 Companies for Customer Service'​ 2014. We were the highest placed housing association and ranked ahead of all other public service providers, as well as out-performing a number of major private companies.Our strong financial foundations are reflected in our G1/V1rating for governance and financial viability from our regulator, the Homes and Communities Agency.
