We explore the relationship between energy investments and building performance. We achieve our aim by optimising indoor climate and air quality, optimising daylight and natural ventilation to patterns of use. We also provide advice on cooling systems, plumbing, electrical installations and renewable energy technologies. Our approach is to optimise the synergy between the business case, the building environment and functionality. DEM has offices in Denmark, United States, Norway, England, Thailand, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and South Africa.
