Founded in 2005 in Cape Town as a niche manager focusing on alternative investments, the business has grown its client base and products, now offering both traditional investment management of listed property (including REITS) as well as direct property opportunities. Our clients include institutional, high net worth individuals and retail investors across a number of segregated mandates and Collective Investment Schemes. We are active managers performing in-depth research in order to identify compelling investment opportunities across the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
