We help our clients build efficient and high-ROI lactation support programs and services. We help employees navigate through breastfeeding questions while they are expecting, during their parental leave and upon their return to work. With larger clients our main focus is on training and education for both the management team (on compliance and related organizational and ethical issues) and to new and expecting parents (on how to combine breastfeeding and work). We also provide pumping equipment for rent and assist in setting up the lactation space where a nursing mother can pump breast milk or breastfeed her baby.
