After we acquire a new brand – product SKUs, trademarks, OEM contracts, e-commerce pages (reviews, ratings) – we leverage technology and post-merger-integration across the retail value-chain to accelerate sales, expand profit margins, and create long-term value for stakeholders.Creating a repeatable and scalable business model to source, acquire, and manage the best independent brands in Korea is what we do.
