Promote a culture on sustainable livelihoods, peace and development within African countries which are based on knowledge and research on cultural, civic, environmental, climate change and human right, and related issues on investments in sectors such as agriculture, and health. Promote cultural, formal and non-formal education as well as technical and vocational skills development to promote investment and enhance employment and job opportunities for a better standard of human development in African. Design, develop and implement programs with concepts which are based on ‘combined-approach matrix' and methodologies that enable the audience to undertake needs assessments, identify problems and set priorities based on effective burden-alleviation and cost-effectiveness analysis. Advocate, mobilize and engage the general public to influence national attitudes and change governments and institutional policies (governmental, intergovernmental, donors and private sector) on governance, environment, climate change, and livelihood issues at the local, national and regional levels.
