Amastuola vineyard is over 100ha. in size (one of the biggest organic vineyard in Italy). It is situated in Apulia on a plateau at 210m above sea level, close to an old farmhouse where the Mediterranean climate favours excellent organic farming. The precious minerals and nutrients in the soil give to the wines a very distinctive flavour and aroma. The viticulture in this area can be dated back to the time of 'Magna Graecia' civilization. From the grapes of the vineyard Amastuola we produce an exclusive collection of organic wines: Primitivo, Aglianico, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc, Fiano, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The vinification technique blends harmoniously traditional methods and innovation following the last researches of the most accredited university with the objective of reducing the use of the sulphites.
