Our facilities provide the opportunity to bring together the craft of Artisan Baking to the modern executive demands away from the workplace. Working with individual organisations we create a bespoke meeting space and development opportunities to meet your needs.Using local produce wherever possible we specialise in bread products using the slow fermentation method without the use of processing aids found in mass produced breads. The opportunities for individuals to experience the craft of Artisan Baking are available on an individual, group or corporate basis. Our classes, training and development range from one to three days per session, depending on the requirements of the clients.In a "live'" production environment we produce artisan local products for corporate and private events along with supply to wholesale, retail, corporate events and individuals, with a key focus on quality and customer service.We also provide food training and associated food safety compliance business services from our premises in Burscough.Registered with SALSA (Small and Local Supplier Audit) with the view to completing the SALSA audit and achieving certification to assure customers of the highest standards of food production compliance.
