Research - Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
The Centre for Work, Organisation and Wellbeing (WOW) seeks to bridge the gap between workplace research, practice and policy through the provision of tailored workshops, consultancy and research partnerships in the areas of human resource management, industrial relations, workplace innovation and organisational behaviour and psychology. An interdisciplinary group of scholars, WOW's team use rigorous academic processes to help understand how organisations and individuals are responding to the demands of a constantly changing business environment. Specifically, we conduct macro (international, societal, organisational) and micro (individual) level research around contemporary workforce issues such as emotion; employee voice; collectivism; health and safety; wellbeing; equity, diversity, gender; and the management of human capital at work.
