Care Managers have extensive knowledge of costs, quality, government entitlements, eligibility, community resources and availability of services for older adults.In Home Care:Elder Options, Inc. employs only the best in-home care providers. Prior to being hired, we require:Complete Federal background investigation, application with education, employment, certifications, and personal references, DMV report, auto insurance, negative TB test, face to face interview, orientation ; mentor training, CPR training is offered to all employees. Regular paid in service training is provided by Care Managers and CEU units are provided. Specialties: Care Management Services Include:Conduct assessments to identify problems, eligibility, and need in client's home, Develop a plan of care, monitor services, Identify and assist with financial, legal, and/or health issues, etc.Home Care Includes:Assistance with personal care including lifting and transferring when needed, Meal planning, preparation and clean up, Light housework, Medication reminders and reorders, Transportation, etc.
