Our Certified Care Managers (CMC) have earned a national certification recognized after meeting the education, experience requirements and passing the national exam. Care Managers have extensive knowledge of costs, quality, government entitlements, eligibility, community resources and availability of services for older adults.In Home Care:Elder Options, Inc. employs only the best in-home care providers. Prior to being hired, we require:Complete Federal background investigation, application with education, employment, certifications, and personal references, DMV report, auto insurance, negative TB test, face to face interview, orientation ; mentor training, CPR training is offered to all employees. Regular paid in service training is provided by Care Managers and CEU units are provided.
