Prior to being hired, we require:Complete Federal background investigation, application with education, employment, certifications, and personal references, DMV report, auto insurance, negative TB test, face to face interview, orientation ; mentor training, CPR training is offered to all employees. Regular paid in service training is provided by Care Managers and CEU units are provided.
