IntroductionFarm Forestry Smallholder Producers Association of Kenya (FF SPAK), is an umbrella producer's organization based in Nairobi and working with farmer groups in Kenya to promote and champion the interests of farm forestry smallholders. It was registered in 2013 with the registrar of Societies as an Association. The organization has a head office in Nairobi and 16 offices across the country at the affiliate members level.ManagementThe associations day to day and technical affairs are managed by a secretariat at the head office which is led by a Chief Executive Officer and includes staff at the headquarters and field offices. A national board of management gives strategic direction to the organization and is currently made up of 5 elected officials drawn from affiliates across the country.
