Hire Potential is an employment program that assists individuals with developmental disabilities in finding and maintaining work. We counsel individuals and help them develop their strengths. We can help with job search assistance, networking, resumes and cover letters, and preparing for interviews. By finding a good fit for the employer and employee, we can help create a profitable and stable employment outcome. We also help employers with information, orientation, and training. We provide information regarding how to successfully include employees with intellectual disabilities in the workplace. We offer pre-screening, on-site consultation, and follow-up support as required. Together, we can build a foundation for success. You can do it. We can help
