Vision: Building opportunities for at risk youth aged 16-24 Mission: Through capital investments and one-time projects, Hometeam Foundation funds programs that serve at risk transition aged youth 16-24, experiencing challenges that may be preventing them from the ability to create and maintain a sense of home, housing, sense of belonging or meaningful work/education. Our current focus is Toronto and London, Ontario, Canada.Objective: Our objective is flexible in that it may not be a physical space. It can include programs and services that assist youth to gain a sense of belonging, possibility and opportunity. Accountability: Monies donated will have a specific purpose attached with goals and objectives that will require data so that Hometeam has the continuous ability to measure progress, challenges and successes
