Rooted in tradition – with an eye to the futureOur family history has its roots in a piece of land in picturesque Conca d'Oro, the "golden valley" of Panzano in Chianti in the heart of the Chianti Classico. Here our grandfathers Dario and Dino, and later Monia's father Fabrizio tended and nurtured the vineyards with the utmost respect for nature. Now we have the privilege of expressing the values and expertise of our forebears in the third generation, in order to bring our wine estate Azienda Agricola Il Palagio di Panzano, sustainably into the future.Il Palagio di Panzano produces wines that mirror the unique character of our territory. We are members of the Unione Viticoltori di Panzano and share the decision to produce organic wine.Sustainability for us is a synonym for "family-run", too. We are convinced that we can guaranty the high quality of our wines only if we remain a small, family-run winery.Our land is planted only with Sangiovese and on hectare of Merlot.Our most precious vineyard, Vigna delle Bambole.provides the grapes for our Gran Selezione Le Bambole.
