Komodo National Park is a Technical Operational Unit under the Directorate General of Natural Resources Conservation and Ecosystem, the Ministry of Environment and Forestry Republic of Indonesia. Komodo National Park Office is located in Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia.Komodo National Park has a spectrum of unique ecosystems and responsible for managing the wild Komodo Dragons (Varanus komodoensis) populations amongst the islands in the areas. The park is also home to many other extraordinary inhabitants that may not be found in other parts of the world. The inhabitants comprise of Yellow Crested Cockatoos, Orange Footed Scrub Fowls, Timor Deers, Water Buffalos, Boars, Crab-eating Macaques, Eagles, Viper Snakes, Giant Rinca Rats, Giant Manta Rays, Sharks, Dolphins, Dugongs, etc.Komodo National Park embraces the diversity of the local community's social and cultures.
