This foundation has been put together to raise funds and awareness of Diabetes. The key focus of our cause is to find a cure for TYPE 1 Diabetes Michael Lewis sadly passed away on the 25th November 2015 to DIB syndrome associated to type 1 Diabetes aged 20. Michael had lived with diabetes since the age of 4 but never aloud his condition to prevent him achieving his goals.
