Since 1751, a succession of nine generations of Munari (from "mugnai" meaning millers in the regional dialect) has managed the Fontaniva mill, developing it into a dynamic industry that has used reaserch, process competence and product variety as its main values. Munari proud themselves on providing punctual and personalised customer service, in an efficient, cordial and discreet atmosphere.In addition to traditional soft wheat flours, Munari customers also have access to specialist and niche products, consultancy for the study and creation of innovative products, and cutting-edge technology for production processes.The product range goes from the the production of wheat flour, high enzyme wheat flour malt and coloured barley malt flour for oven products, of toasted wheat bran for food, of heat-treated flour, of pre-mix for oven products, to the sale of flakes and meals of different grains (barley, rye, spelt, oat, maize, rice).
