NijSoCo Details
The Nijkerkse Summernight Competition, or NijSoCo, is a tropical, leisure football tournament. Aproximately 400 players within the age between 25 and 40 fight during a period of 5 weeks, on a weekly bases. The NijSoCo has been set up into four competition for company-, women and men teams. The tournament is festively finished with the traditional Ladies Night. Annually, approximately 700 people join the party in which the ladies have special treatment with free cocktails, nail artists etc. The goal of the NijSoCo is to generate additional income in order to bring the youth soccerplayers for NSC to a higher level. Over 40 volunteers cooperate to realize this goal.
