At OJAR foundation, we strive for a developed and prosperous Africa where the dynamic young population is actively involved in creating innovative and advanced products, services, processes and systems that drive global impact and create sustainable solutions.Having realized that sub-Saharan Africa has the youngest and fastest growing population, we thought it imperative to begin conversations and to set out action plans that would ensure investment in human capital. As a result, our foundation envisions an inclusive environment where some of the most deprived are able to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors with the appropriate skill, knowledge, funding, facilities, networks, and markets required to develop scalable, profitable and sustainable ventures that can compete globally. By providing fundamental entrepreneurial, vocational and professional training, facilitating investment, collaboration and partnerships, we hope to put the continent on a global map through the increase in productivity of the average African youth.
