Research - Cleveland, Ohio, United States
Housed in the School of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University, the Prevention Research Center for Healthy Neighborhoods bridges community partners and university researchers to focus their collective expertise to develop, test, and implement sustainable strategies to improve health in underserved communities.Who We Are: As a Center, we are a group of faculty, staff, and trainees committed to working in partnership with our local community to identify opportunities to share our strengths in research to improve the health outcomes of residents. What We Do: We partner with and support researchers and community partners by developing networks, convening stakeholders with shared goals and interests, and providing guidance on equitable partnerships to conduct research to improve health in historically disenfranchised and underserved communities. Research means asking questions and systematically seeking answers. For us, this includes surveillance, evaluation, and research studies.
