Proven care is an unregistered NDIS provider that delivers client-centered support services, with superior communication and systematic approach that outmatches even the registered NDIS providers. We are more into creating a system of supports that provides high quality and really beneficial support to our clients rather than just being good on the papers. Our core strength is our ability to create a system that inspires best in people; our support workers, our clients and our partners. We only bring passionate and highly qualified support workers in our ranks, provide them with continuous training and incentives to support our clients better in all aspects of their disability support. We incentivize better communication and reporting to track client progress.We are also always up to date with NDIS updates, and we put effort into communicating those changes and its impact on client's support to both the clients and support coordinator.
