Team Tigger (TT) came into being in 2014 when Tigger, a senior rescue Staffordshire bull terrier, in foster care was in danger of losing his leg. A close network of dog lovers came together to raise the funds required to save his leg under the auspices of a couple of rescue groups that TT volunteers were involved with. Hence Team Tigger was born. Since then, these volunteers have continued to raise funds in this manner for dogs in care, or in need of rescue, concentrating on the most needy who might otherwise be overlooked by some rescue groups and certainly harder to find foster carers and forever homes for. We believe that every pet deserves a chance. The volunteers at Team Tiger work tirelessly networking with other rescue groups, pounds and councils to secure the best outcome for many of these dogs, as well as fundraising in any we can.We have a wonderful dedicated band of supporters, many of who go above and beyond, to whom we are eternally grateful too.Team Tigger have also recently become incorporated, meaning we will now be able to fundraise under our own name.
