For the past eight years, the Active Non Violence Group has provided effective, reality-based training for professionals working with challenging and potentially violent individuals. Our central training program--Non Violent Response to Aggressive Behavior TM --is a safety tool rooted in key methods of the recognition, prevention and management of workplace violence and aggression.Through skillful use of verbal and non verbal interventions and realistic physical techniques staff safety is ensured and a healthy and therapeutically conducive environment is maintained. Non Violent Response to Aggressive Behavior TM trainings increase staff confidence and competency and reduce their stress and anxiety in difficult situations.
