The Mack Leadership Group (MLG), through coaching in a supportive community, helps school leaders, particularly newly-appointed principals and assistant principals, solve their most challenging problems by strengthening their skills in management and, more importantly, in instructional leadership.Using online, digital, and/or one-on-one venues, school leaders interact with colleagues and gain from sharing their expertise, perspectives, experiences and points of view. As a result, the learning activities can reduce leaders' feelings of isolation, frustration, and being overwhelmed.Equally important, collaborations and engagement with colleagues confirm school leaders' skills, experiences, and practices.Our leadership members emerge, then, even more as confident, highly effective leaders, capable of solving problems, strengthening teaching and learning, and developing strong relationships and school cultures.MLG's leadership includes a former superintendent, who is a graduate of Harvard University, with more than 20 years of experience at the executive level.
