In 1980, Pippin's Restaurant and Pie Pantry opened the first of many restaurants in Lenexa, Kan. Shortly after, the restaurants changed its name to Tippin's, and the Kansas City tradition was born. Members of the Tippin's team turn every Tippin's pie into an extraordinary dessert eating experience. Tippin's provides its exceptional pies to over 3,000 stores across the United States, leaving everyone who tries the pies with a Tippin's memory. Each pie is made with high human interaction and ingredients that can be found in a typical home pantry; preserving a special touch in every hand-crafted pie.The pies are what people remember most, but Tippin's also continued the tradition of soups from the restaurants. Tippin's soups can be found in a growing number of outlets. Even though Tippin's no longer has restaurants, your plate can still be filled with delicious food; soups, quiches, dressings, gravies, savory pies, cakes, croissants, bagels, tea breads, and of course, pies.
