Nonprofit Organization Management - Clarington, Ontario, Canada
Around the world, a large population of children suffer from social issues like rejection, abuse and abandonment. Unikall CSI (Centre for Social Impact) is a Canadian non-profit organization established in the Durham Region. It is created for the necessity of changing the reality of underprivileged children currently in Latin American countries with the goal of expanding globally. Unikall CSI is enabling millennials to make a difference by donating their time to improve the problematical issues in their own communities.Unikall CSI was founded in 2017 by Ricardo Gaviria, a Colombian gentleman who grew up with the presence of violence during his childhood. His idea of creating a non-profit organization was always proposed, but it was only initiated after a mission trip to Guatemala. The mission was carried out to build homes for neglected neighbourhoods and to provide free education for youth raised in low-income families. Ricardo's purpose in life is to avoid as much abuse and neglect against youth through "Acts of Love" that help develop better human beings for the community they live in.
