4 Chakras has developed a Capacitation Programme to enable NGO's to navigate through the myriad of new demands through effective structuring, capacitation, systems and processes and tools. The programme also creates different leadership and operations mindsets to prepare leaders of these organisations for the new landscape and challenges that they face.
