LLC (JCF) completed a transaction with Citi in which JCF acquired the Insurance and Retirement Divisions of the former BISYS Group, Inc. JCF combined those businesses with Crump Insurance Services, Inc., a wholesale property and casualty insurance broker already owned by JCF.
