Le Rughe is synonymous with respect for the environment and the territory, the production philosophy that is the basis of excellent products is first of all to produce responsibly with the minimum use of chemical and synthetic products, maximizing the recovery of the organic substance of the vineyard. From 15th March 2019 our company started the process of biological conversion.Beyond the first belt of mountains the company has chosen to invest in an estate of 20 hectares at an altitude of a 400 meters above sea level. This choice was made to deal with undeniable climate changes. Prosecco is a wine that lives on its natural acidity in order to maintain its freshness and aromatic fragrance. The vineyards located at an high altitude allow us to protect this feature. This choice is proving effective. Our company mission is to make the absolute best product while respecting the environment in which we live.
