Neer Seba Sangstha started working with one of the basic needs of the people in healthcare but many of the goals and objectives are committed to the implementation of the phase. Through the registration of the Directorate of Social Services, the organization started its activities in Dhaka district, especially in the Mohammadpur, Hazaribagh, Kamrangirchar thana areas of Dhaka district from 7/08/17. Meanwhile, Neer Seba Sangstha has been registered with the NGO Affairs Bureau (Registration No – 3223, Dated: 29/10/19). Through the various centers of the organization, the local poor are providing free/low price medical care to the poor, sewing training of poor women, conducting evening school for the children, formation of a drug-free society. Awareness activities are underway among the locals through fieldwork on health care, malnutrition, and drug addiction. Awareness activities on regular health, education, drug control, etc. are underway at various local educational institutions. Free family planning activities are underway with the approval of the Directorate of Family Planning (Registration No-9/19, Dated: 06/03/19) in the area under Dhaka District. Regularly runs EPI activities with the help of Dhaka South City Corporation.Neer Seba Sangstha started its activities in Chapainawabganj district in the first phase of the program in various districts of Dhaka as well. Subsequently, the operation of the organization is under process in Rajshahi and Satkhira districts. Neer Seba Sangstha started operation in Chapainawabganj district from 13/11/2019 by setting up of 1. Charbagadanga, Post Office: Charbagadanga, Chapainawabganj Sadar, Chapainawabganj 2.
