Started in 2012, Youth for Mobility (YFM) is a vibrant and internationally active NGO with its headquarters in the city of The Hague, Netherlands. By bringing people, in particular youth, together @ local, national and international level, YFM's team aims towards an environmental and human friendly planet.Its activities are set out to raise awareness, develop skills & knowledge, and provide youth the opportunity to exchange experience to generate a long lasting positive change in our societies – namely towards rich biodiversity, clean atmospheres, respect for human rights and healthy oceans & soils. Topics such as zero-waste, vegetarian meals and green transport are therefore always at the centre of the organisation's activities. Every year 3 themed topics are selected to focus on. For 2018 these are climate refugees, healthy oceans and human trafficking.YFM has a rich experience in organising trainings, youth exchanges and local activities with hundreds of young people participating and by collaborating with twenty+ organisations. Previous projects include for example Greenskills (2013), Greenalise (2015) and Youth for Project Management (2016). FM's team of 5 works very passionately and full of enthousiasm on future projects and is always eager to make our world a greener and healthier place.
