LEVII produces sparkling wine through Metodo Classico from high altitude grapes harvested on our vineyards at the feet of the Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO biosphere reserve. All LEVII products are Millesimati aged on lees for at least 3 years. This long refinement enriches our wines with harmony, softness and elegance while saving its delicacy and freshness, typical qualities of mountain regions wines. The mountain environment is a precious resource for Metodo Classico LEVII Trento Doc sparkling wine.An essential and distinguished quality is the use of a light liqueur d'expedition that ensures naturalness and enhances the characteristic of each product and his drinkability. The name LEVII stands for "The Grapes" and is the traditional name of our piece of land that has been historically highly suited for vine-growing. The intent is to bring the excellent quality of LEVII sparkling wine to the world and through them promoting our land.
