Yes, ChatBot customization is part of our 'Custom' bot development service.
The 'Starter' ChatBot is free and will always remain free.

The bot is positioned at the bottom right side of the website for Starter, Foundation, and Premium Plans. In the 'Custom' plan, the placement can be customized.

Yes, you can fully control the information available to the ChatBot. It will give answers only based on the information provided by you from the backend admin panel. This can also be changed by you at any time.
Yes, you can view every single interaction that the ChatBot has with each user.
Yes, this can be controlled by you in the 'Custom' Bot development. In this we can build a personalized bot on top of our platform which can work exactly as per your needs and you can control the prompt.

This will also show you how to integrate the ChatBot to your public website. The entire process would take less than 15 - 30 minutes if you have access to your website (since you need to paste one line of code on your site).

If you are looking for a custom developed bot (which will behave exactly as per your company processes), then we will provide you with a detailed question list that you would need to fill and we could provide you pricing details accordingly.
You can add and modify information to your ChatBot based on your needs.

By default, the ChatBot contains information about your company that is available on the Internet. However, you can modify the content based on your specific needs.

For example:

  • Suppose the ChatBot currently has no information available about your company's pricing model, but you would like your ChatBot users to have some basic information on your pricing. In this case you can add this in the 'Other Information' section of your ChatBot by clicking on the Edit ChatBot () icon.
  • You can add this information below any information already put up in 'Other Information'. This can be done in two ways:

A. Just as plain text.

For example - Our services are priced based on our time estimate for the project and our equipment cost. Our business managers will be able to discuss with you and provide you with an estimate for the same.

B. You can write it as an FAQ:

This needs to be prepared by you. Even if you just copy paste your text content it's fine. (Question / Answer format not needed)
Yes, we have several ecommerce companies that use our ChatBot. However, we would not be able to provide specific list / examples of the same since we do not share the list of websites / clients using our ChatBot (We gave the initial two examples just for a reference).
For Enterprise plans, we can build it as per client needs. But for the majority of our clients, it runs on our servers on AWS.

Our support team do not have access to this data unless you provide them a support request code (if you call the support team)
All support is part of the monthly subscription (from Professional Plan onwards). Details of support provided in each plan is available here - https://connectplex.ai/chatbot_pricing . The Basic plan is an online self service plan using our online knowledgebase.
