Sequences

Sequences on ConnectPlex provide an automated communication workflow, and Sequence Reports offer a comprehensive insight into these workflows. Here's a breakdown of the key elements and benefits of Sequence Reports:

  • Comprehensive Overview of Automated Workflows: Sequence Reports offer a detailed view of the automated communication workflows in ConnectPlex. They provide essential information to help you understand and manage your sequences effectively.
  • Sequence Name: The report includes the name of the sequence, which refers to the quick start sequence name. This helps you identify and differentiate between different sequences.
  • Selected Contacts: You can see the number of contacts selected for running the sequences. This data is vital for understanding the size of your target audience and the scope of your automated communication.
  • Progress Bar: The progress bar visually represents the progress of the sequences. Each segment in the progress bar corresponds to different stages of the sequence, including the initial email and follow-up emails. This feature gives you a quick overview of how far each contact has progressed in the sequence.
  • Sender Information: Details about the sender's email ID are provided, along with sequence and schedule details. This information helps you ensure that the right sender is associated with each sequence and provides insights into the communication process.
  • Created On: The report displays the date and time when the sequence was initiated. This timestamp is useful for tracking the history and timing of your automated communication workflows.
  • Actions: Sequence Reports allow you to take action through an icon. You can pause an ongoing sequence, restart a paused sequence, or even restart the sequence entirely for the same list of target audience. This feature provides flexibility and control over your automated communication processes.

Stop, Pause or Resume the Sequences

To turn off, pause the ongoing sequences or to resume the paused sequences, follow these steps:

  • Login to your ConnectPlex account.
  • Click on ‘Reports’ in the left side menu, and then click on ‘Sequences’.
  • Find the sequences which are currently ongoing. These are the sequences where the ‘blue lines’ under ‘Progress’ are not yet complete (100%). For these incomplete sequences, the ‘blue lines’ under ‘Progress’ will be incomplete (that is, not yet 100%).
  • For these ‘incomplete’ sequences, pls click on the ‘Pause’ icon under ‘Actions’. The ‘Pause’ icon looks like this -
  • When a sequence is paused, the ‘Pause’ icon will change to the ‘Resume’ icon. The ‘Resume’ icon looks like this -
  • Please note that if a sequence is already paused, then icon will show under ‘Actions’.This means that the sequence is currently already paused. So you don’t need to ‘Resume’ it since you would like to turn off all ongoing sequences.
  • Once you have ‘Paused’ all ‘incomplete’ sequences as per point 4 above, then all your ongoing sequences would be stopped.
