Step-by-step guide for creating Campaign Template (Text Format)

Organize Your Data: Begin by creating well-organized lists and segments. Categorize contacts based on relevant criteria to enhance campaign targeting and segmentation.

  • After logging in, please click on ‘Setup > Campaign Templates > New Template’
  • Enter a name of your template.
  • Add a Subject line in spintax format.
  • Add a Body text in the spintax format and save changes.
  • Test Spin the Subject and Email body multiple times to check and verify for any error in the email draft.

Step-by-step guide for creating Campaign Template (HTML Format)

  • After logging in, please click on ‘Setup > Campaign Templates > New Template’
  • Inside the "Create Email Template," select the "HTML Body" option. Then, input the name, subject spin, and paste the HTML template into the designated "Body HTML Template" area.
  • To attach pdf in html format : Please upload the PDF file to Google Drive. and add a link to that in the email campaign. Please click on to add the link.
  • Lastly, click the "Save" button to complete the process.

NOTE HTML is exclusively supported for email campaigns and is not available for use in sequences.

To run a campaign, please follow below steps

  • As a first step, after logging in, please search and shortlist the target market that you would like to email out by using the 'Global Search'.
  • After searching and finalising your target audience, you can click on 'Save this Search' so that you can save this search for your target audience.
  • Go to Save searches > Click on the search you wish to use for your campaign.
  • Scroll the page down > Select page size Please note that by default only 10 search results are shown. In case you would like to show a larger list, then please click on the drop down menu in the bottom right of the search result ( ), and you can choose up to 1000 search results at one go.
  • Scroll the page up > click on ( ) on the top of the list. This will select the entire list of contacts.
  • After you’ve chosen the appropriate list, please click on > Email selected records > click on select email identity click here to know more about setting up your email identity.
  • Choose a template from the drop down menu > Once the template is selected it will automatically populate the subject line and email body in their respective fields.
  • Adjust the sending speed under 'Send speed' (emails sent per hour) , Please use the speed limit between 50-75, which would be helping you out for directly hitting the target audiences inbox, rather then the spam or promotional one"
  • Then select the Start after (in hours). Once you add the hour. The campaign will commence accordingly.
  • Click 'Exclude contacts or companies emailed in the last 90 days' to avoid redundant communications.
  • Provide a reference name for your campaign, and then click 'Send.'

By following these steps, you can effectively plan and execute your email campaign, ensuring that your message reaches your target audience while minimizing the risk of being filtered into spam or promotional folder.
