For setting up a Schedule, please use the following steps:

Navigate to LeadBot > Click on Setup > Schedules > New Schedule

Give your schedule a name.

From the Select Reference Timezone drop-down, you have two options:

Automatic (based on contact’s location): This option automatically detects each contact’s time zone and sends emails or contacts them accordingly.

Specific Time Zone: Choose a fixed time zone from the list and adjust the Weekly Email Sending Timings as per your preferred hour range for each day of the week.

Click on Save. Your new schedule is now created.
