Phone Campaign

The Phone Campaign feature in ConnectPlex AgentBot is designed to help you reach out to your customers or leads via automated voice calls. It's a powerful tool for initiating outbound campaigns, following up with clients, or running marketing/promotional campaigns.

What Can You Use It For?

  • Lead Engagement: Reach out to potential clients with personalized voice messages.
  • Customer Surveys: Automate follow-up calls to gather feedback.
  • Reminders & Notifications: Send appointment or payment reminders.
  • Marketing Promotions: Promote products, events, or discounts.
  • Information Broadcasts: Share critical updates or announcements at scale.

NOTE Phone Campaign is available only for Personalized Bots.

Follow these steps to get started with your Phone Campaign


    1. Upload a Phone List.

        To begin, you need a list of contacts to call.

        Steps:

    2. Navigate to Phone List.
      • Go to Agent Bot from the main menu.
      • Click on Outreach > Phone List

    3. Upload your Contact List
      • Click Upload your List .



      • Then click Download Sample Template to get the CSV format.
      • We recommend using Google Sheets instead of Excel to avoid formatting or compatibility issues.

      • Open Google Sheets
      • Go to File > Open > Upload and upload the downloaded CSV file.

        Fill in the columns as follows: "First Name", "Last Name", "Company Name", "email", "phone". Phone column should have a single valid phone number with the country code (without the + sign).

      • After entering details, click:
      • File > Download > Comma Separated Values (.CSV)

      • Go back to the Upload Your List screen.
      • Drag and drop or upload your CSV file and click Save



      • Your phone list is now ready!


      1. Create a Phone Campaign
      2. Go to AgentBot > Outreach > Phone Campaigns.

      3. Click New Campaign.



      4. Click Personalized AgentBot from the dropdown.
      5. Select the Phone List you uploaded earlier.

      6. Choose a Schedule
        • Recommended: Use country-wise schedules

      7. Enter a Reference Name for your campaign.

      8. Click Save


        • Your phone campaign is now initiated!
        • You can track the status of your Phone Campaign in the dashboard, which displays the Date & Time of each call, the transcript, the call recording, and an option to download the recording.
