Selected lists in ConnectPlex are curated collections of contacts or email addresses chosen for specific actions or campaigns. These lists help you target and segment your audience with precision, ensuring your messages reach the right recipients. To access your selected lists, simply navigate to your selected lists in the ConnectPlex dashboard.

Creating and Managing your Target Market list in “Selected List”

  • Begin by searching and selecting your target market following the steps outlined in Global Search .
  • After shortlisting, click on the option 'Add all contacts to My List.' This will gather the chosen contacts into a temporary list.
  • Now, proceed to create a new permanent list by clicking on 'New List.'
  • Provide a reference name for this list, which helps in easy identification and management.
  • In the future, you can access this list by simply clicking on 'Selected Lists' located under the 'Lists' section.
