We provide an IoT payments platform, providing a single console for monitor, control, support, and monetization of devices. Consider the number of devices appearing in a shared living or work environment. This may include door access, vending machines, coffee machines, laundry machines, arcade games, and more. Next, consider the number of mobile apps a user is required to download for interacting with these devices, as well as the number of vendor-supplied portals a property manager must now leverage to monitor their devices. This is becoming unruly.4thIQ provides a single platform for the combined monitor, control, support, and monetization of these devices. Our extensible IoT Platform allows third party device manufacturers to plug into our framework, allowing for just a single portal and mobile app to manage all devices on a property.At our core, however, we are a payments company. As such, we view IoT devices as Point of Sale devices which can be monetized on a recurring or transactional basis. We provide our own stored value platform to minimize transaction fees, but may also aggregate multiple low-value fees into a single credit card transaction to minimize interchange.Building upon our roots in the payments industry, we then provide the ability to distribute fees to property managers, device manufacturers, route operators, and other facilitating parties.
